Product broke within 3 days of use, corrupting all files. Receiving a refund has been a real pain, over a month. Not once have Aria Technology responded to my contact through their online form. The staff on the phone are helpful but I have waited over 10 minutes to get through and they are only open 9-5 Monday to Friday. When the device was returned and found to be faulty the refund offered was for credit minus a deduction of £5, no explanation was made. Another call was required to chase this up and I am still waiting on the reply. In brief, great if you want it cheap but buyer beware if it breaks.
