Seemed nice on the phone


Bad Points

After parting with your hard earned cash you hear nothing until you prompt them into an answer.


General Comments

After spending 25 minutes on the phone trying to get through to the Yes Loans "customer care line" I gave up and e-mailed them after 3 attempts at the "loan" tracker had failed to get a response. To be told "yes, you can have a loan for £1,000", and given the repayments a month and how much you re-pay, you think GREAT I can have a loan, to then discover that Yes Loans (with a name like that you would think they were a loan company) are actually brokers and pass on your details. I have since had numerous phone calls from other companies offering me this that and the other. I am furious.

    don't use yes loans....more like no loans!!!!!!!! just give us your money suckers.
