Good Points
Great picture quality for the 51 inch television I purchased.

Bad Points
Poor customer service. I experienced problems 33 days after purchase of my product. It is now May (I purchased the TV in January), and I have been able to watch the TV for less than 7 weeks. Customer service is slow... and I mean slow. No one is able to answer questions, and you get the same avoidance answer with each call. I have been waiting for two weeks for an RMA number to return the set.

General Comments
My Hitachi television set, when it worked, had a great picture. I searched around, and I was very pleased with the product until it stopped working. When the technicians had problems fixing the set I was very disappointed with how long it took to get a new TV, and how unimportant Customer service is to Hitachi.
