With this site, I have found that there is not the embarrassment of being overweight, and the common goal to lose is the link that keeps us all motivated and excited.
It took so long to happen. Where was this site 5 years ago? There really are no bad points for me.
I love popping in, chatting and discovering that my friends will be there in times of need and support. There is no pressure for you to become a paid up member of Diet With Us, and you will get support whichever you are.
The being able to exchange idea's, misfortunes, gains and losses stories, helps motivate no only yourself but friends too. :)
