Excellent quality of sound, compared to 'phone.
Bad Points
Sometimes sound quality deteriorates when video is on; solution is to click "stop my video" and quality is back to normal.
General Comments
I use Skype for business daily, if not hourly. I also use it to call family in Australia, Holland and Kenya, for free. I call Shanghai office several times a day, for free. I even call Indonesian suppliers daily, on their normal phone, at 1/10 the cost of a normal call.
I believe everyone in business should use it. It will save everyone a fortune.
