Egg Money & Egg Card:- When it works, it used to be convenient to use. Interest rates not outstanding.
Too often the system is down; recently 4 days at a time. The service now totally unacceptable. Help desk it is not. They leave you on hold.
It is difficult to pay into some accounts.
They do not offer a Visa card service with Egg Money; just MasterCard, which is no good when travelling in SE Asia when you need Visa.
I am not expecting anything unusual; just a credit card account. Egg Internet Banking used to be a good service, with which I was happy, but it has deteriorated in 2006 to unacceptable levels. I am moving my accounts elsewhere.
