General Comments

With two months to run on my Endsleigh car insurance policy, I got a new job which included a company car as part of the package. By the time I had sold my old car, the policy had almost expired, so I didn't bother cancelling. I telephoned Endsleigh to inform them that I wouldn't be renewing, as I no longer required personal car insurance.

They called me twice after that, and wrote to me twice. Perhaps once would be acceptable - a message not passed on, but the second call was irritating. I'm posting this one year on, and they have just called me again to try to 'get my business back'.
