Good old fashioned customer service when you call their call centre. Always answered quickly.
I banked with them for 7 years, then out of the blue they wrote to me advising they were closing the account in 30 days time. I always maintained a credit balance, but as a high user of the account, lots of cheques etc - they decided one day I was not a profitable enough customer for them, and wrote advising they were closing the account in 30 days. No more contact. No changing their mind. Time to move on. Not so easy changing banks, with all those direct debits and standing orders to change now. Be careful - if they chose to do this to me, they may choose to do this to you too.
I think the above says it all about the Cater Allen Business Bank Account. I now have the hassle of changing my bank, and all because I was not making them enough money.
