Good Points

Nippy from start, quick little car. Gets you out of busy junctions within a blink of an eye.

Bad Points

Slow from 40mph+. Through research happens to be a lousy
Group 6 insurance(1.25l),which is equivalent to a ford focus 1.6l and Volkswagon golf 1.6l.+ one group less than a Saxo VTR.

General Comments

Had this car a year (98 s reg), bought off of parents. Found it easy to drive. Does not quite offer the same performance as the zetec-s obviously (1.6l), but has all the sporty features eg.white dial kit, alloys, spoiler, sports seats, front fog lamps all as standard. Bought a k&n filter for it £60, not so much increased bhp but gives out a bassy noise when you put your foot down. 108mph on motorway. overall nice car!! Thinking about selling and buying a VW Golf 1.6l but they are expensive new and used as they hold their value very well.
