We purchased a 1 week all inclusive to Turkey from lastminute.com. As the web site of the hotel in which we were scheduled to stay did not have any pictures of the beach, I called lastminute.com, and they confirmed that the hotel was located on the beach. FALSE: to access the sea (because there was no beach at the hotel), you had to go down some stairs from the platform and dive straight into the water. Having had several problems at that hotel (the rooms were small, the tennis courts were under construction, although they were advertised as functional, the food was tailored for Eastern Europeans, the reception staff were very rude, the shuttle that brought you to the beach ran only until 12, you had to pay for the actual beach), we asked the tour operator to move us (and a few other unsatisfied people) to a different hotel, which he did. At the beginning he told us that the upgrade to the new hotel and transfer was going to cost 140 Euro more, but the day after we transferred he came back asking for 170 Euro.
