I have been using this in my hair for about 2 and 1/2 years now, about once a month. My hair is healthy and shiny and people comment about the colour all the time. It is a great conditioner and colour in one, and it is also only about 7 bucks a month to upkeep.
Bad Points
You really have to commit to the colour. It fades, but it is permanent and you cannot dye over it (or get highlights). Because it fades out my roots are not as drastic as they would be with other permanent dyes.
It is also a really stinky messy thing to do, and I like to do it when I have a day to myself (so nobody sees me with a plastic bag on my head for two hours).
General Comments
There are some really great forums online if you are curious about using henna in your hair. Most hairdressers cringe when you tell them you are using it. I think if more professionals learned how to deal with henna and other natural products, they would have happy clients who are doing less long term damage to their hair.

I found this review helpful because... I have very long and very sensitive hair. I can not put any chemicals on my hair because it is so sensitive it begins to break off quickly and easily when ever it is dyed. I want to keep my length but I also want to change my natural hair color to something more dramatic. Reading these comments have been very helping in me making my decision to dye my hair.
