Good Points

Clean pool, nice gardens, friendly staff.
Booking trips and car at Sophias across the road saving a fortune!!


Bad Points

NOT 4*!!! Food mostly cold and basic, and accommodation is very basic too!! Disappointing, as we booked 4* for a 40th birthday present as a treat to the usual 2* we normally have. We shouldn't have bothered!!! Ate out most days, and entertainment was very poor. Bingo was the only reprieve!!!


General Comments

Staff are nice at the Sun Palace Hotel in Faliraki, and they do their best, but how this hotel got a 4* rating I'll never know!!!! Food is repetitive and mostly cold!! Reps trips are very expensive compared to exactly the same trip (on same coach/boat etc) booked at Sophias across the road. Very disappointed, as this was supposed to be a special occasion. We will not be returning!!!
