Good Points

Upon arrival the resort looked really nice and we thought we had arrived at the perfect setting for a restful break.


Bad Points

The staff were very rude, overworked, very slow - not relaxed and Caribbean slow - but - I cannot be bothered with this slow.
We had the wrong room. We booked for a family 2 bedroom suite and had to wait a week to be moved into one.
The menu had so many items that were unavailable every night.
Trying to get a drink from the pool bar during the day took about 30 minutes.
The bathroom light was broken so they ran a lead from the main room into the bathroom so that we could not close the bathroom door for 4 days.
When no taxi showed up to return us to the airport at the end of our stay the check in/out desk did nothing to help.


General Comments

Our holiday to Rex Turtle Beach in Tobago was by-far the worst holiday ever! We will never go back to Tobabgo because of the staff at the resort, as they clearly were not welcoming of tourists.
