Good Points

Very easy to use, sounds great when it goes off, flashing L.E.D on rear light and flashing and flashing intacators on arm and disarm

General Comments

Don't buy it if it is in danger of getting slighly wet.As soon as Meta M357T comes in contact with water the sound goes weird, I had mine under the seating on my 2006 650 bandit. That's where the maunufacturer fitted and recommmend it but when it rains or I wash my bike (bucket, soap) no power hose it went off and took up to 5 days to get back to normal. I am away to get my 3rd one fitted to the same bike cos they keep going dodgy now I am thinking about the acumen

    Hi,
I also have the same alarm, and mine is also making the strange noise when am arming it. Instead of an audible high bleep, it now sounds like a cat fart. The alarm still works, but sometimes when I arm it, instead of the usual two ( cat farts ), sorry bleeps, it sometimes bleeps 4 times? It says nothing about 4 bleeps in the instruction manual, but the alarm does still work.
I used to have a Datatool, which I prefere because if somebody just touches the bike it bleeps, which is much better I feel, than somebody having to move the bike and then the alarm goes off. I could have the bike outside my house, and a slight movement would alert me that something was not right, like a child touching it. Much better I feel. So in my opinion if you are looking for an alarm, go for the Datatool model.
