- Have you booked through this tour operator before?No
User-friendly web-design, good prices, quick response to requests (the website claims this to be within one hour, but they responded even sooner to me) and friendly staff (I kept exchanging e-mails with them all afternoon before we found a perfect hotel for me - you know, one did not have an internet connection, the other lacked guarded parking, that one was too expensive... - and they were still willing to help me).
Bad Points
The reason I give them only 9 points out of 10 is that they do not have a secure credit card site, but in the end I faxed them my details and it was alright.
General Comments
Well, I mentioned it all in the good and bad points, what more should I say? :o)
