The cost is low, and if you have broadband, it's the perfect solution to lowering your phone bill.
Bad Points
Callers receive 'All circuits busy' a lot, or it rolls into voice mail without any rings. Also, the caller ID is out of date. My job and family members still show up with prior names, and they've had the number for 6+ years.
General Comments
Vonage VOIP is very cost effective, but some functionality is lost. I don't recommend it if you don't have a cellphone to fall back on in case the system is having issues.
