Good Points

I could video call and have MP3's and videos and stuff like that, but I had to download it off the internet.


Bad Points

The bluetooth didn't work at all. I tried to connect with a lot of my friends but the phone just wouldn't connect. The USB cable that I got with the phone also wouldn't work at all.


General Comments

I got the Samsung Z130 mobile phone brand new. When I first got it I took my sisters phone and tried to send some things to my phone via bluetooth but it wouldn't work. I just thought it was a connection error, but a few days later when I tried it again and again, it still didn't work at all. I went to many phone shops to try and fix it, but they said they couldn't. When I took it back to the shop that I got it from the guy there said that I couldn't swap or replace it because it was on contract. He tried to fix it, but instead he went to the phones master reset and deleted everything that I had on it. I hate that guy now, and I don't want to upgrade from that shop; I'd rather go to some other shop.
