Good Points

Excellent range of features, including five domain names I got at no extra cost and the much useful ColdFusion MX 7.
Their dedicated MS SQL database is extremely fast. I'm rather pleased.
Very competitive offering of 30,000 MB disk space and 1,500 GB bandwidth. Couldn't ask for more.
Helpful virus and spam shield.


Bad Points

The billing experience was not as fast as that of lavish attention I've received from the support engineers at Centada.
In this month, there were two unusual blips in network downtime of about fifteen minutes each but that was quickly resolved with an honest explanation regarding it. Their efforts at resolving it more than made up for that small loss in downtime.


General Comments

At last, I can settle with a web host and no longer move on to another. Initially I was a little skeptical of the wide array of offerings that Centada has on its shared hosting plan at such an inexpensive price. But Centada has lived up to its word. On top of that, the support experience I've encountered there is a breath of fresh air, professional and courteous at all times. Keep it up Centada! I am looking forward on purchasing additional services here to keep up with my expanding needs.
