You have to buy it every month so it doesn't give you all the tips you need in one magasine

General Comments

Top Sante has so many useful tips for slimming- losing inches as well as weight. I combined a few from a series of their magazines and have lost inches of my bum,tum, legs, arms, calves and other places I didnt even know I had fat! It even helps you without having to commit to intimidating food diets and fads!
