General Comments
We have been to the Grand Hotel Park in Dubrovnic, Croatia twice now. Rooms are comfortable. Food was better the second time. On out first visit it was pre-booked the night before, and we had waiter service, and the second time it was buffet style. The location is very good, being close to the beach, and with some nice bars/restaurants nearby. It was a short walk to the top of the road, and you can get the very reasonable and regular bus into Dubrovnik. A nice walk around the headland brings you to the port area. I recommend the boat trip from Dubrovnik to Lokrum Island. If in Dubrovnik avoid the Fish Sandwich Bar if you just want a mid-morning drink. They don't do coffee, and a coke will cost £2.50. Shopping is not great unless you want good but expensive, or tacky but cheap souvenirs.



We found the Grand Park and its location a really nice place to just chill out and unwind.
