I have found the Audio Dream a pleasure to use and have not once found any problems whilst using it.
It is the third mp3 player I have owned and by far the best!
Bad Points
You have to hold down the power button for a long period to turn it on, this sometimes leads to people thinking that is not charged!
General Comments
I understand that some of the earlier Packard Bell AudioDream MP3 models may have experienced problems however I downloaded the patches (from the packard bell web site ) straight away and have never experienced such problems.
I would recommend this mp3 player to anybody!
