General Comments

I have used Homecall+ Home Emergency Insurance on my rented properties for 2 years now. I find the service great for my tenants, as I have a full time job and do not want the hassle of calls in the middle of the night.

My tenants have claimed in the past, and they have commented on the service and think I am a great landlord to boot.

I would recommend them to any landlord. I am very happy with the service to date.

    I am in a similar position to you. I wonder if you have made any claims. I had a very bad experience with a Home Emergency Company. They sent out five repair men over several weeks - none could fix the problem. Eventually I called someone associated with the product, and they fixed the problem immediately.

    I would appreciate a recommendation.
