Sometimes I can't find the products I want, even though I know they're there! The navigation of products doesn't always work that well, but it is no great problem! They still beat the opposition I've used.

General Comments
I am very happy with Goodness Direct. The website has a very broad range of the goods I want. It means I can just do my shopping for Fair trade tea or Ecover etc all in one place.



Free delivery on orders of over £40 works well for me, and they have always been prompt in delivery with everything ordered. The packaging balls are also bio-degradable!
