General Comments

The Hutt used to be such a great place for a mid-week meal. Now the food is disgusting. Last night I had a mushroom pasta dish floating in brown mushroom water with cooked rocket appearing as gunge and a chicken dish floating in a red tasteless gravy. Specials are no longer regularly changed. Staff are very young, inexperienced and poorly trained, and we had our meal banged down and the waiter marched off. No communication at all, and it wasn't a busy period. Staff on the bar were clearly inexperienced and unable to cope with customers requests, they were talking among themselves and so getting orders wrong. I had to ask 3 times for a tray! The bar was swimming with beer. There is no longer a good ambiance. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO WHAT WAS A VERY GOOD PUB?
