A really reliable mobile phone, which looks good and is easy to use.
Bad Points
The size of the keys and the size of the screen may be a problem for those with a visual impairment and or arthritis.
General Comments
The size of the Ericsson T20 mobile phone has both good and bad points. It's good for those who like something compact and light, but it's bad for those who have difficulty with the size of the screen and scrolling through the menus. Also the keypad is tiny.
It's a mobile which perhaps is ideal for the younger generation, and women may find it easier to use. It is reliable and long lasting with a battery to match.
