Bad Points
Shut-down on XP is delayed dramatically due to Norton files (e.g CCAPP). Norton Technical Help is a 'joke'. Over-priced.
General Comments
Norton AntiVirus 2004 I beleive is extremely over-priced for what it is. I am quite annoyed that it has persistently FAILED to detect Trojans, Spyware & other menaces, whereas Microsoft's FREE software such as their Anti-spyware & Windows Defender detected & removed these threats immediately.
