Good Points
No need to compromise on issues such as professional integrity.
Renumeration package.
Bad Points
Heavy workload.
Hard to switch off mind.
General Comments
No job can compare the level of personal satisfaction as the MD of a limited company. Constantly face challenges and have to possess a multitude of skills. Although the job is often very stressful, given that the buck effectively stops with you, and unlike colleagues who's only concern is to deal with their own departmental issues, as MD you have to ensure all departments are running cohesively. Hence, the hours and workload involved.
