Bad Points
When I arrived my fridge and shower were broken.
General Comments
One night while staying at the Sunrise Village Apartments in Menorca, we had a bad storm and the apartment was flooded. We asked staff for towels or anything to mop it up, as the water was about 4 - 5 inches deep. They gave me a flannel, so we had to use our mattresses as we had no choice. They refused to give us new mattresses or change our room. That's just one example of many. Sheets were due to be changed after 2 days, but they were only changed after 5.
