This is a great hotel on Havana Cuba; for me, a best on Havana, and I found a great deal with a tour operator located only two blocks from the hotel called Travels 2 Cuba. You will get more information on their web site.
Bad Points
I did not find any bad points. For me, it was all excellent.
General Comments
The NH Paraque Central hotel is a great hotel, with great service in a great country, and I recommend that you contact the Travels 2 Cuba travel agency for some great deals, including car hire etc.
