Good power and accuracy for the money, and a dovetailed reciever. (Plus some excercise!)
All that pumping could wear a younger shooter out. I wonder about the durability of the "Advanced Composite", (particularly on the dovetails and pump lever pivot) I'd pay more for a steel (or alloy) reciever.
I've just bought a Daisy Model 901 Powerline today, overall pleasantly surprised for an air-rifle that's priced about twice the "Red Ryder". A good pick for responsible young shooters.
