Fast service when ordering and on delivery.


General Comments

Novatech Direct may be ok for computers but dont buy an l.c.d from them.I bought two computers one 17"moniter, a 32"GTEC LCD television. The 32" tv developed a problem with the colour sent it back as requested for a replacement. They now say it's been damaged in transit by their carrier and will not supply a replacement will only repair. As I don't want a repaired I want a replacement they will not answer my emails and deliberatly hang up if I can get through on the phone. My business has suffered as a result of this.
