Bad Points
Slow response times when adding to Address book, typing SMS,
persistent lockups, restarts during calls and when calls come in they transfer to Voicemail - even if phone is in a service area.
General Comments
I chose this Ericsson T65 mobile phone because of its features. I am now waiting for my 3rd replacement handset. The first one lasted a month before I sent it in for repair. They upgraded the software and reset the sim contacts, 2 days later it was back in, and I had to wait 2 weeks for a replacement. The second handset also lasted about a week before it went totally dead - the first time I tried to recharge it. I am still waiting for my 3rd handset to arrive. It has been 2.5 weeks now, and I am stuck with an awful GA628 as a loan phone.
