Poor customer services, as they never actually deal with the problem and keep telling you they will send you another bill having rectified the problem, yet you get sent the same bill, and you end up back at square one having to call them again and explaining to someone else all over! Having called them several times, the problem is still not sorted out. They keep making up figures and sending bills out, and they keep adding previous amounts to the bill, and then loose track of what they were for and still expect you to pay them.
I would advise people to go for companies other than Powergen. Companies that may actually provide good customer care and do not frustrate their customers to the point that they are forced to pay bills just so you do not have to keep going over and over the same thing with different customer service staff, who either tell you to ignore the bill or send out the exact same bill you made an enquiry about!!
