Staff pleasant and efficient
Towels and headsets etc. were all handed out without any fuss
Food was adequate and hot drinks sufficient
Bad Points
As always, seating for taller passengers is a tight fit. I managed by walking the aisle when ever I had the chance
General Comments
Kenya Airways is a better choice than the budget airlines, and the price, with careful booking, is minimal in difference for such a better a service.
I think it also correct to support a national airline when flying to that country, and it means the holiday starts with the journey.
