General Comments

I ordered 1 pair of Duffs trainers from Kates Skates, then 2 days later I ordered another pair. After 1 week of waiting for delivery I called to find out was was wrong. I was told that I should have my shoes in a few days. After another week I called again, and I was told exactly the same. After 3 weeks of waiting I called again, and I was told that they were expecting delivery from Duffs that very day, and that they will be sent to me straight away.

It is now week 4 and I am still waiting. If I had known that the shoes were not in stock when ordering I would not have ordered them. After the order was confirmed Kates Skates should have contacted me and informed me that I would have to wait.

I feel very let down, and I will never ever us this company again. I suggest to anyone who does want to buy from Kates Skates to check with them before ordering that the item is at least in stock.
