General Comments

I don't know about other people, but I have had the Samsung E720 mobile phone for nearly a year now, and I have encountered a number of problems.

First of all, I have found that when trying to download files, it doesn't seem to be compatible with many. For instance, not all Java games will play on it, and not all video types will play on it. Also, the sound quality does seem to have a slight problem with the other person not being able to hear you all the time.

On the other hand there are plus points. The sound quality when playing audio is very good (if not a little tinny, but that is the speaker), and the camera is very clear.

Having external controls is all well and good. However, I have several times taken the phone out of my pocket and I have taken several photos of darkness!

The one thing that turns me off this phone is the compatibility issue. If you are going to just use this phone to text and call, then by all means go ahead and use it, but if you want to use it for media and games, I would stay away.
