Good Points

It was a bit cheaper than the other airlines to Kenya


Bad Points

Some of their staff were rude. The flight was delayed for about 35 minutes, and they refused to give my family a flight cot, yet we had a 4 month old infant!!! After seeking help from the supervisor of check-in staff, he kept us waiting, so we were last to board, which aggravated the problem. I would not recommend this airline, even to my worst enemy.


General Comments

Kenya Airways need to improve in customer service and value customers more by respecting people, especially those with special needs (infants, disabled people and pregnant women).
