Good Points

None that I can think of.

Bad Points

Lack of communication has to be the main bad point.

They suggested a value that we market our property - we got two viewers. In order to get more viewers we reduced our asking price by £15,000 - but no more viewers.

Because of the poor communication I don't know what else the office were trying in order to get more viewers to our property. Also, they have been unable to give us feedback from people they've spoken to, so we don't know why people aren't viewing our property.

General Comments

From my point of view Reeds Rains weren't doing enough to get more people to view our property, which is pretty poor really considering they would be paid over £4,000 if they had found someone to buy our house.
