Bad Points
Poor response to discs that never arrived in mailbox. Closed cases on these issues, when they weren't resolved.
General Comments
I received my first two GameZnFlix titles promptly. The next two titles I have yet to receive. I'm in the process of closing my account due to their poor service in rectifying the situation. Poor, poor customer service.
