Good Points

Staff are helpful when aking out the insurance


Bad Points

When cancelling they charge £50!!! and a member of their staff tried to fob me off by telling me they couldnt cancel my insurance until I had sent in my certificate of insurance and he proceeded to put me on hold to find out an address, he left me holding for over 5 minutes and never got back to me!


General Comments

Endsleigh Car Insurance - It just seems a shame that when you come to cancell with them their attitude is so much different. On ringing again i was put through to Stephen at the London branch and he was a lot more helpful and cancelled it right away however £50.00 just to cancel a policy is extortionate
