Delivery men - were polite and friendly


Bad Points


Customer service 'notes' system just clearly just doesn't work - I'm still waiting for a manager to call me, not holding much hope.

No communication between departments.

Reluctance to give refunds - 8 weeks and still waiting.


General Comments

Haddon House tried to deliver to my old house, even after me telling them I was moving to a new flat, hence the new sofa. Information you give to these guys just seem to get lost in their 'system'

Beginning of Jan, one sofa turned up on the day requested, second sofa was 2 months late - whereby the order was cancelled and a refund requested. Was told 4 weeks for a refund, thought this was a little bit of a long time, but decided to wait - fortunately I didn't need the money.

6 weeks in I called to check again, was told a 'note' was sent to the refunds department to see what's happening.

8 weeks in - I have now decided to call everyday. Have requested a call from a manager because customer service can only send 'notes' to other departments - I mean a telephone call would be too much effort surely! Still no call back from a manager.

Called today apparently my cheque is in it's final week of processing... what are they doing!? creating it themselves!

    Just an update... 3 months in and still no refund, this company is absolutely useless. Apparently according to the "customer service" that the cheque is in someone's intray waiting to be signed. It's a new excuse everytime I phone up. I don't see how they think this is the way they should treat customers!?
