Good Points

Good points? Didn't have the car long enough to justify any comments.

Bad Points

Buying the Reference Sport model and being treated like an idiot by Seat.
1) Having the car for 17 hours and the steering lock jamming on.
2) Seat taking 3 hours to get the vehicle onto the back of a transporter to take it to a dealer.
3) Seat giving me the run-around 3 weeks later (no replacement car, or hire car)
4) Seat Customer Care
5) Seat not being able to tell me when a replacement ignition barrel will arrive. I was quoted 5 to 7 days. It's now 23 days later. The dealer still can't tell me when the car will be repaired.

To say I'm furious is an understatement.

General Comments

I'd think twice before buying from Seat.
