Customer service is answering so late.
General Comments
I booked a hotel with Venere some weeks ago. After the booking I called the hotel to check my reservation just to be sure, because I had already received a confirmation email from Venere saying that my room was booked and that the hotel had approved it. However, to my surprise, the hotel informed me that there was no such reservation in my name. I wrote to Venere customer services and waited almost a week for an answer. Finally I made my reservation directly on the phone, and even for a cheaper price than Venere offered! I cancelled the reservation on the Venere web site! Finally, I got a reply from Venere to my email and cancellation saying that they were sorry!
I don't recommend any internet site to make bookings. Directly call the hotel. You may even find cheaper deals than what the websites are offering.
