This medieval number takes you back to Europe's Medieval times where you live out life as a merchant, robber etc working your way through the ranks graphics and on screen instructions easy to follow. More of a thinking persons game so if you are into action shoot em ups this ain't for you
Not so much a bad point ,more a funny, if you manage in succeding in getting your family to beyond the years of 1700,up into the 1900s the buildings don't change and your traders are still riding about with horse and cart.Plus I do not remember there ever being an outbreak of the black death in the 1970's lol
Take a leap back in time with The Guild:Europa. All the way back to 1400 to be exactly. Set up in business as thief, trader, alchemist, priest, landlord, perfumer, stonemason, townguard or joiner and from humble beginings build up your own little empire. There are a number of routes you can try, goals to be met etc.; not all goals are attainable in one generation, so its important that you marry off your character asap. Once under way there are civic duties and posts to be filled, espionage and counter espionage are all part of the ''fun. Oh and the good news is The Guild2 is coming out later in the year(2006)
