Friendly attitude
Charges for transferral to a new line
Staff take days to reply
Renting with workmates can quite often mean moving house from time to time. I signed up with Seriously Internet initially because they looked friendly and seemed eager to have me. I moved recently, after 5 months of connection and when asking for a simple transfer to a new line I am left with a 60 pound fee to pay. Tiscali and Toucan (the only two others I contacted) both DON'T charge for a transfer.
The connection itself was fine, however with new offers on the street for unlimited bandwidth for the same price as Seriously's basic package, I don't think they offer any value for money and are ones to steer clear of.
