General Comments

I would never use Skypark again!
On arrival there is no reception car park, and I was told to leave my car double parked on the side of the industrial site road. On return in the early hours of the morning my car was parked outside a neighbouring industrial unit in the dark, and not in a secure area. Although I had paid for undercover parking, I have no way of knowing if this was done. The car had covered four miles in my absence, so clearly, it had not been parked on this site. My car had scratches to the rear nearside bumper, and a long scuff mark and small dent to the near side upper rear wing. It is OK to say check your car on return and before leaving the site (which I did), but this is not so easy at 01.00 hours, in the dark and when it's raining. You can't complain after leaving the site, and that's if you can find anyone.

Although the drop off and pick up were quick, I can't say that I approve of a minibus driver driving with a handheld telephone permanently stuck to his ear. The delivery and pick up points were not secure.
