Good Points
Computer and printer excellent.

Bad Points
Trying to place order online without success.

General Comments
Completed application several times since 21/04/06 but postcode declared invalid. Telephoned PC World and was told to try again as there was a possibility that the website could be down. Sent e-mail but no response. Telephoned again 24/04/06 staff less than helpful.
