Bad Points

The worst flight experience I have ever had. Staff abysmal. Food atrocious and that was in the upgrade area.


General Comments

My wife and I used the Thomson Fly airline to fly to the USA as part of a Princess Cruise. We upgraded, and the behaviour of the flight attendants was poor, the food was awful, and overall the experience has put me off the cruise company. Our subsequent complaint was treated with disdain.
