Customer service is absolutely horrendous
I signed up for a credit card to get a promotion Chase Bank were offering, and they never sent me the items. I called for 3 straight YEARS to follow up, and I was told they would document it. I could never speak to a manager. I could never speak to the promotions/marketing department, and I could never get it resolved. I called. I wrote letters. I sent emails. faxed. Finally, I told them fine, offer me something, anything, any promotion they are currently running, if they claim they can't find a record of my signing up for the original one. To this day, I still have not received anything, except frustration and anger at the worst credit card company ever!
