General Comments
Direct Line Breakdown Cover - Fan belt broke on Boxing day heading down the A1 just around Stevenage. Phone call was easy, Recovery vehicle arrived within the hour ( no first response by a bloke who says he can't fix it and THEN calls a recovery truck ). Straight back to Peterborough, and set off again in my wife's car. So we got to our destination a few hours late, but the kids enjoyed the mini drama, and the recovery operator was very pleasant and careful. No problems... did what it said it would do.
